I'm a 7k in 850k-2.6 mil server. And sometimes I get scared to fight low HPs not because of there insane skills and attack level but because I kinda find it rude fighting someone with lower health than u. And when I do fight low HPs sometimes they trash talk, more than big HPs.

Try to focus on att lvl in the beginning. Defence and speed should be lvl 20-30 and after lvl 50 you can max them.
