@@BOBimusRex I'll be fine if they can find a way to justify it. Why would he wear it? If it's to conceal his identity, seems a bit late for that. And the design just... doesn't suit him. Yellow? Given Wolverine's personality, I just can't imagine him choosing to wear that. It's probably the same reason Hawkeye isn't wearing his purple costume in the MCU. We need a reason. I'd like the MCU to take the Ultimate comics approach, and give the X-Men the blue uniforms.

I LOVE the older pitch meetings, but I gotta say, you've REALLY developed these two characters, and that ultra shellacked hollywood veneer of sugary-sweet latte foam-fueled smugness you've developed into these guys is SO SPOT ON... every year you get better, and every year pitch meetings gets better. This has got to be one of the best, most realistic satire series on youtube, if not THE best. Hands down, I laugh at LEAST once so hard I can't breathe in every episode...

@Lawn Bear that argument seems faulty for a few reasons, namely that society as a whole decides what meanings words have, not individuals. I say this as someone who is very frustrated with the use of literally to mean figuratively, but even I must admit that if enough people say a word means something, it means that now. For example, egregious used to mean very good, and now it means very bad. We should all be thankful for the fluid nature of language, because the fact that it is always evolving means it doesn't get stuck in the past. Look at the electoral college if you need an example of why that would be a bad thing.

1:27 if I were to be devil's advocate for this, the intro to the movie where he's in Japan saving the old man's life is a flashback dream he's having. And they already made it clear in the previous X-men movies that his memories come back to him in the form of dreams.
