Logan was born with the mutant gene that would give him his healing factor, along with his enhanced senses of smell and hearing. This movie was entertaining and imo the best Wolverine we have so far in the movies. Hugh Jackman actually put in effort unlike previous movies (Getting ripped/muscular). But yeah, the premise and how they stole his healing: pretty bad, real bad.

The beginning was real events. United States used the Atom bomb on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Since Japan allied with Germany in WWII. Wolverine is ageless and fought in that war (in the Marvel comics that's when he 1st met Captain America).

Do you remember Xavier's comatose brother? In one of the post-title scenes in the Last Stand, it was shown how he woke up. It was Charles who transferred his consciousness into his brother's body before the death of his body.

1. The bomb at the begging was the bomb on Nagasaki, Japan during WW2 (well the Pacific Theater). 2. They were mad at the wolverine because the dad would have lived if he let wolverine have his powers. 3. Your missing some things because your watching the movies out of order I think.

End scene-It's from the hidden scene from First Class, also Cerebro was first made in First Class. Release order is how to watch. (because that's how the movies develop). They constantly tried to "Fix" each movie but they all had different ideas about how to fix it.

The last scene with Magneto and Xavier is present time(after X Men 3). It is theorized that Charles put his conscience in another body who is supposedly his Twin brother(why he looks the same). That was the after credits scene of X-Men 3 where Moria(girl in XMen First class) finds Charles awake.

Logan's regenative power is in his bone marrow. As his bones are coated with Adamantium his marrow was 'out of reach' and his life was secure. BUT when his claws were cut off there was a open channel to his marrow and Yashida sent drills in to dig it out. This would be extrememly painful -- maybe as painful as getting hot metal grafted to his bones in the first place. Once his bone marrow was gone his life would have been short indeed.

"Why is he not dead?" You will remember after he was stabbed with the poisoned pen he fell in water. The poison is very water soluable (which is why it works so quickly) so having a huge pond of water sucked it from his body.

To explain what happened to Charles Xavier for you he was disintegrated by Jean Grey the dark phoenix. At the moment of his death he transferred his mind into the body A patient of Margaret McTaggart on Muir Island. The person whose body he transferred himself into was mentally dead but the body was alive you see it in the film. And Charles transferred his consciousness into this body and this is how he’s back.

The weapon they are talking about is the sentinels robots designed to track down all mutants ether to capture or eliminate them. They are in X-Men: Days of Future Past. The evil grandfathers granddaughter is a character from the comics and animated tv show. In the cartoon she is out for revenge on wolverine and becomes lady death strike and gets cybernetic implants and adamantium claws. The same metal as wolverines. Also the girl who finds wolverine is not the same person that is in deadpool.

No Charles Xavier came back after the end of the 3rd movie! There was a after credits scene on the 3rd X-Men where the doctor saw Charles and now on The Wolverine he's fully resurrected. The time line goes like this not counting the newer ones; X-Men First Class, X-Men Origins Wolverine, X-Men, X2, X-Men 3 The Last Stand, The Wolverine, X-Men Days of Future Past, and Logan. I don't care about the rest of them because they're so confusing.

The one with Magneto and Charles Xavier takes place right now and not in the past. There's a post credit scene in X-Men: The Last Stand where Xavier didn't actually die, but he revives back to life. How? Can't really remember. The samurai robot is actually a character called Silver Samurai, but originally he's a person and not a robot. Those powerful robots they're talking about are called Sentinels, giant robots who are programmed to kill every single mutants and no it has nothing to do with Cerebro. Cerebro is meant to locate other mutants in the world, the only time it was used as a weapon was in X-Men 2, but that was because Xavier was telepathically manipulated by William Stryker's son. They explain it in the next movie, X-Men: Days of Future Past.

Yeah Wolverine where born with that power. How else did He live all the way through the American Civil war, which make him over 200 years old. What the experiment did to him was making his bones and body stronger and more resistant, being invulnerable to break bones or to take heavy damage, then healing powers plus with that.

This movie takes place after X Men 3, The Ending scene with Professor X and Magneto Is also After X Men 3. In X Men 3 Professor X Jumped his mind into another body and in X Men first class they showed that Professor X can manipulate what people see using his mind so in reality Profesor X is in that other body but he is projecting the image what he used to look like to his friends.
