The women of the mountains are cooking bread and food "Chaghratma" with chicken hearts!

It is very difficult to do daily tasks in the mountains, and they have to use wood stoves and ovens for cooking. After preparing the dough and food, they start collecting firewood
Chicken hearts and sifijat are washed and chopped to be ready for cooking. Then the ingredients are fried in a wood stove and mixed together. One of the necessary ingredients for cooking this dish is organic mushrooms, which the village girl collects from nature. They are skilled in recognizing healthy mushrooms and have learned it during years of living in nature!
