The Women's Brain Project celebrates International Youth Day 2023

Today is the United Nations' International Youth Day! The theme this year is ‘Green Skills for Youth: Towards a Sustainable World’.
The Women’s Brain Project is working to achieve precision medicine and care to enhance the sustainability of healthcare systems. We also want to educate, raise awareness, and change attitudes and understanding of brain health and risk factors in young adults.
Unfortunately, too many young people are unaware that what they do now for their current brain health will have a huge impact on their future brain health.
In this video are some ways everyone can care for their brains. While some of these suggestions may seem simple or redundant, they really are fundamental for brain development, health and even prevention against future brain diseases.
