I have a great idea, no woman involved with men’s sport and no men involved in woman’s sport, have you noticed how woman don’t start at the bottom learning the ground work just go straight in to important or management jobs. I'm not sure Susie Wolff is a great example here. A fairly mediocre race driver with no wins and who seems to have got the Williams drive through her husband. Subsequently all of her endeavours seem to have come about through Toto and his money. She isn't a great advertisement for women in motorsport unlike the others.
