Jim Henson and George Lucas were latter-day Walt Disneys who both always said that he was their chief inspiration. Look at the way "The Muppet Show" episode with Mark Hamill ended. My only issue with this opening is that Pixar and Marvel have settings that are far too contemporary. So, when Mr. Disney says that we are leaving today, the footage from "Pirates of the Caribbean" and "Star Wars" fit, but the imagery from "Cars" and "Toy Story" do not.
