I agree, i love what Mary said, it took a few years to grab hold on to it, And, say be it onto to me according to your Word and Promises. His Word that healed me of cancer, and often satan has tried to put the symptoms, and I counter Satan’s lies, and quote (1 Peter 2:24; Isaiah 53:4-5; Romans 8:11;) and the pain leaves. In this video, I only heard Barry use the word obedience once. He commented the words " commands or commandments or law" as new covenant or promises of God. How about Ten Commandments? I know that the New covenant talks about grace and law, but I think that the Ten Commandments are always mandatory to be obeyed to if we want to be like Christ. Barry said " let the word of God germinate in our heart and His nature will manifest in our life.". I paraphrase it. So Why many Christians still commit sins even they study the Word of God for many years? Why their life is still unhappy, miserable, not content or peaceful? Because of lack of effort to obey the Word? Thank you.

This personification of "the word" is very interesting, and unless we are speaking of Christ himself, the incarnate "word," it is heresy, point blank heresy. We can affirm several doctrines, all by Church tradition that are tenable: 1. The canonical scriptures, Old and New, are inspired by the Holy Spirit, and inerrant in their original language. 2. That the Holy Spirit guides the Church in all truth and protects the scriptures from grave errors in translation and interpretation while being promulgated around the world according to the will of the Lord expressed in those scriptures. 3. That because the scriptures are inspired, they are reliable and when believed and studied in the right intent, will guide the believer into the truth and not lead one astray However, to suggest that the scriptures are the "word of God*," and to repeat this usage ad nauseam is problematic to say the least. Without the Spirit to guide us, they are merely the scriptures, as they paradoxically affirm: "For the letter (Greek: "graphe," writing, scripture) kills but the Spirit gives life." "You search the scriptures because you think in them you have life, but they testify of me." "The kingdom of God is not in word, but in power." "Be not hearers of the word and not doers and so deceive yourselves." Now, almost all Evangelicals know the following verse from Paul's guidance to Timothy: "All scripture is given by inspiration of God (literally "God-breathed") and profitable for doctrine, reproof, and correction..." So, the scripture is without a doubt useful, necessary, helpful, authoritative, and fecund material for the things we believe. Those things are called "doctrines." They are propositional statements that summarize and give explanation to the scripture. These things are often a matter of Church tradition, for example the Trinity, which is not found explicitly in scripture, though it is implicitly. No doctrine should ever contradict scripture. Ok, I hope this helps someone out there. We need to tighten up our game, so that unity may come to the body of Christ, in accordance with his will, as it is written: "I would that you be one even as I and the Father are one." "I plead with you brothers, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, that you all say the same things..." *note that Jesus uses this exact phrase when speaking to the Pharisees: "...and the word of God cannot be put aside..." but we need to note a few things in this case: 1. It is certainly right for Jesus to decide what is or is not the word of God 2. Jesus uses several difficult sayings toward the Pharisees with regard to what they believed and how in contradicted scripture, even accusing them according to what he calls "their law" (John 10:34) but what is actually Psalm 82. 3. The commandments of Moses, since they were given by YHWH directly to Moses by divine knowledge and not subject to Moses' own ideas, may be said to be the word of God. But here, we ought to note the strange New Testament teaching, repeated in several places, that the Law was given to Moses angelically (through some mediation by angels). 4. The Jews, and the Pharisees in particular did believe the scriptures to be perfect, inerrant, and therefore tantamount to the "word of God," exactly as is believed today. The Samaritans held only to the law, the Torah, the first five books. I welcome comments as I desire only to say what can be said without error. I have avoided scripture references and quoted them from memory, so if there are mistakes, or things that need clarification, please let me know.

Pray for them. Satan has distributed a lot of false editing when it comes to the Bible, all in an effort to sway people from the truth. To blind people. It's really never up to us to convince or convict. That's the work of the Holy Spirit. If theres potential for fruitless argument in the conversation then you might just end up doing the argument instead of preaching the gospel see. You give them the word, and God will work on their heart and mind through your prayers.

Jesus is God's spokesman (or "word"). “For the *_spokesman_* of God is alive and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in *_his_* sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of *_him_* with whom we have to do. Realising that we have a great high *priest* , that is passed into the heavens (*Jesus* the Son of God) let us hold fast our profession.” (Heb 4:12-14, KJV) Books are dead trees. The living Trinity is Father, Son & Spirit. Note the book is not part of the living Trinity! The spirit of God in us explains his dead book to our live human spirit.

Hebrews 4:12 is an exceptionally important verse, because it is the only one that clearly divides the meaning of "soul" and "spirit," and the implications of that are many. But to suggest that the phrase "word of God" here is a general one, applying to all scripture in all cases, is wrongheaded, as in context, the author clearly means the things that God actually spoke, those things mentioned in the previous verses. Verse 12 can and should be applied more expansively, and that's wise, but be careful.

Barry, I also wanted to share: my husband was diagnosed with stage thee kidney cancer. I’d been praying for my husband Salvation for twenty years! It was a shock and my husband never shared he was seen a urologist, I wanted to SMACK him!! Now I had work to do ASAP. So, I took Andrews Study Guide. He shared Gods Word, and you can be stubborn or die, or receive Salvation. We are going to take Andrew WOMMACK Study Guide on God wants you WELL. every day and often. AND also Andrews Study Guide Eternal Life. We were in the Word for I can remember 2 months, because his surgery he want to have. His surgery went extremely well, during that surgery I interceded for him for five house as long as the surgery. No Chemo, No Medication, this happen October 2021. His six month tests came up 3 months ago? He got the all clear! To God Be All The Glory. Amen. I also wanted to share was went my surgeon they gave me a lg Tote Bag full of Medical and a healthy book on foods to eat. I got home took a lg binder out and began to read a fore lines. I said to myself, I said, what on earth am I reading/ I took it all shoved them under my bed. Got my Bible out and Andrews Study Guide on God want you well. I called my Surgeon and canceled the surgery, that was 2014 and it’s now 2022. Praise Jesus, to God be the Glory. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
