@Awgiki hello there, I am from thailand, a 100% Thai. I live 6 months in Europe and 6 months in Thailand every year. I would be pale and light when I don't get the sun at all in Europe and came back to be quite dark once I got to Thai atmosphere. I don't do surgery and my nose is fine. I have perfect eyelids and only knew one Thai lady in person did the eyelid surgery in my life time. Thailand is known for doing cheap surgery (mainly for lady boys) but doesn't mean every single one does the surgery. I am not here to say Lisa is purely natural as I don't really care if she has gone one or not. We love who she is as a human and not the skin she wears.

she didn't had anxiety i seen more like nervousness and scared if she really had anxiety there she probably couldn't make it until the end of the show. as far as i'm concerned the white shirt girl is an example of anxiety attack just look at her eyes i could feel flight or fight mode is adrenalin.

U can watch the show Most of those stuffs are real and hard , they have to work for that. That's the show not the Real military service, soo they have to work according to that right..!! Pay attention to detail 2. Show no emotion 3. Don’t let them get in your head It’s basic discipline. Trust me if you do this they’ll leave you alone. Cause all they care is if you have discipline
