11:06 I met this exact purser on a flight from Auckland to Nadi. Interesting she wasn’t super friendly unlike other Air NZ crew I have met… the crew set did tell me that they were based in Wellington so I’m not surprised she was on your flight.

Nice review! The wifi speed was good certainly faster than copper wire ADSL broadband was. And the earbuds are nicer than those cheap headphones airlines use.

I find Qantas to really be a hit and miss in comparison on Trans-Tasman routes (Jetconnect) . The planes are old and tired, the service isn't great and the IFE is subpar. I don't know about their other routes. But I would avoid the Qantas routes under Jetconnect.
