What do you say re the body keeping the score? As that involves ‘past’ experiences, so is it how one responds to what arises as eg stored trauma. And what about neurotypes that are naturally geared towards ‘anxiety’, hyper vigilance, problem solving. Thanks.

could you be more specific? how does the ego affects your reality? from a general perspective, meditation and journaling are pillars to gain awareness on the ego's mechanisms. Keep it mind that fighting it is not a solution, but being mindful of it and observing it dissolves his power. Hope that helps!

@@amangurjar9714 i guess ego is not the problem itself. It never was. Identification with it is the "issue" because it stops to see the evidence. ego has always been here to protect you. But if you confuse your ego with your nature, this identification leads to an illusion that stops you from seeing things as they are.

If I am not yet able to open up, but desperately want to, I may build a cheap replica of the trust you are talking about from mind stuff, then start to cling to that. The "spirituality" then turns into another kind of suffering. How does this work, really? Some hear the message and open up, others hear it and imprison themselves even more?
