My theory thus far: The dad, Greg Paul, is the sociopath. He raised his sons to also have the same mindset and behaviors. Logan is the most like their dad overall and seen as the golden child. It took me most of my life to figure out how untrue that is. You might have called me a "sociopath" at one point. I didn't show emotion, I didn't acknowledge emotion, period. But I was trying hard, and eventually that all came to a collapse, I developed severe depression, anxiety and trust issues. I've made huge strides in the last couple years as far as this goes, and it all came down to recognizing, I wasn't allowing myself to BE myself. Now at 25, I finally know myself completely. There is a reason suicide is higher amongst men, unfortunately. I think a lot of feminists get hung up over male privilege, for good reasons. But let's not forgot the privileges a woman has to express her feelings at all times. None of the suffering from bottling up my emotions for most of my life was worth the "privilege"

There are famous examples like "Jack Gleeson" the kid that played the character of Joffrey in Game of Thrones. Mr Anderson I don’t think that his intentions were negative or that he was trying to make people doubt their own friends and create stereotypes. Once he realized that that’s what he did in the first few episodes, he apologized and since then has been very sensitive towards it. He saw all these people labelling Jake Paul as a sociopath and wanted to investigate to see if he really was. If you don’t like it then don’t watch.

This just goes to show that there’s never really a bad person without a backstory. I knew that my whole life but every time I tried to talk to other people about it they dissed me and told me people like Jake don’t deserve pity. Now that I think about it, those comments kinda messed me up. But I think a person could never be evil no matter what. People are either super messed up from trauma which is horribly sad, or have a mental disorder and a chemical imbalance in their brains that don’t allow them to feel real emotions which is so sad to me. I can’t believe average people would judge others like this and be mean to Shane about this series. Like can’t you see how hurt and messed up he is?😭😢

He’s an actor and entrepreneur (aka risk taker) that can’t be real on camera. His emotional side is kept private. Most share this side which is why it seems odd to most of us that he doesn’t open up to strangers. That’s a form of self defense. I think we all jumped to conclusions and didn’t actually give him a chance to share his side of the story. This episode really changed my perspective on him now. I mean he doesn’t even try to defend himself cuz he knows the public won’t believe his side. That’s just wrong though, we all gotta listen 👂 This whole series was painted as if you can’t help someone in this situation but of course we can. God is here for healing. Don’t forget this. Also please note: if he wasn’t a risk taker and getting out there grinding daily out of his comfort zone making money and acting crazy you would have never known about him. He’s a star. That’s not easy and he is living the Dream. You don’t wake up rich over night, he posted daily for two years. That’s dedication that most don’t have and he deserves credit for that. Give him a little break guys, at least he’s working hard at something. Most just sit at home in somebody else’s home making rude comments on other people’s videos to try to make ourselves feel better. But in reality we should be working hard and grinding just like Jake is. It’s not actually easy to be this hated. :/

I don't get why people have been giving Shane crap for taking so long to talk to Jake, you know why? What Shane is doing is giving people who know little if anything on Jake, his family, and team 10, the backstory on them so we can understand why he wanted to do this. I didn't give them the time of day before this series started and now i'm invested in the story thanks to the hard work Shane and Andrew did, and i can't wait to watch the next instalments!

I'm honestly viewing this as a tragedy. I believe if it wasn't for his parents, Jake could have actually grown up to be an actor, or some kind of artistic creator. Then instead it's used on manipulating kids. Jake Paul has turned into a monster in family content, and a monster to everyone through the lens of a camera.
