This exhibition is great for those that just wanna take selfies with the modals/statues. But It doesn't talk much about the inspiration of the movies, the technical production aspects of the films, etc.

Hello, may I ask if you can access the shop with all the totoro merchandise without going into the exhibit?

You will need a ticket to access the shop at Level 3, as it is right after the final display (No-Face). There is also a very small collection at the Basement 2's store.
