How long can you weld? What kind of average autonomy can I get by welding with your model?
@ErCanEverythingСағат бұрын
Considering 8Ah batteries, and welding at about 140A where the discharge current of the batteries in this situation is 15A, this means that welding can be done for 20-30 minutes without interruption.

I have a question does the soldering machine work with DC current
@ErCanEverything8 сағат бұрын
All inverter welding machines working with DC current. They convert 220V AC to 340V DC.
@Foxtrot_KZ3 сағат бұрын
@@ErCanEverything That's true. But you're supplying 200 V instead of 310 V. Won't the power section burn out? To me often get for repairs after low voltage. 16 batteries are needed for normal operation.

You saved the day for someone 👏 Also I didn't know that welding with the batteries is possible 🙆 BTW welds looking awesome, congratulats 👏 Great video Brother! 👍
@ErCanEverything12 сағат бұрын
Thank you Brother🙂❤️ The welding machine simply converts the voltage and current as Step down modules. At 11:37 you can see the output power when welding is 21V 140A which is close to 3kW. While at the input the batteries supply about 200V 15A which is again 3kW.

Браво на теб, за пореден път ме изумяваш ! ! ! 😁 А, някакви промени по заваръчния апарат правил ли си ? Да е свързан след инвертора ?
@ErCanEverything8 сағат бұрын
@ibmezouar6 сағат бұрын
Wow I would never have thought that to be possible without first converting DC to AC current before feeding it to the welder! But what about low voltage cutoff ? Parkside battery bms doesn't have low voltage cutoff, it's built in the tools.
@ErCanEverything4 сағат бұрын
There is no need for this, because when their voltage drops to about 16V, it no longer has enough voltage and then it doesn't make good welds. Then you realize that the batteries have dropped to 20-30%
@arttujmoi_593711 сағат бұрын
Great idea to eliminate energy loss caused by using an inverter. The fuse installation is good. The fuse you installed is only rated for 32V. In the event of a fault, it will not cut off the 200V DC current but will cause an arc and possible fire.
@ErCanEverything8 сағат бұрын
I think you're right about that. Thank you.
@Sim_Tiby11 сағат бұрын
Very cool. Why does the device only show 140v input voltage?
@oldman194411 сағат бұрын
That is the welding current setting, in Amps. Input voltage was 200v.
@Sim_Tiby10 сағат бұрын
Look up on the screen!
@oldman194410 сағат бұрын
@@Sim_Tiby I see now, 146v. I think it might be because he is feeding it DC and that would be an AC meter, so it's not showing the correct voltage. That's just a guess. You can see he measures 200v at the mains socket though.
@ErCanEverything8 сағат бұрын
When you convert 220V AC to DC it becomes about 340V and on the display to show 220V I had to use 17 Batteries.

@ErCanEverythingСағат бұрын
All inverter welders operate on DC power. However, depending on the brand and model, they may also have AC components before being converted to DC!!!

10 8ah batteryes 😱 Thats 600€ 😱 I got a 3000w inverter and my inverter welder doesnt work woth it, even on small Amp its turn itself off. But the old trafo welder do work. Why is it ? 🤔
@ErCanEverything3 сағат бұрын
I tried welding with EaSun 2500W inverter (with a peak power of 5000W) which can actually support 2500W and the welding wire just glows and starts to bend like a worm. I think in your case it detects a large peak current and that is why the protection is turned on. To understand why this is so, you need a GVDA GD168B clamp meter which has an Inrush Current function and you will detect the peak current.
