The best curry I've ever had was surprisingly in St. Lucia. If anyone is planning on going there it was Mama's Special Curry at Matthew's Rooftop - I had it with chicken but they had multiple options for protein. Just the right amount of spice for me and the flavours were insane. I wish I had gone back there before going back home. An amazing, hearty curry.

I think I will love that type of Curry! I tried and loved so many kinds, the ones with coconut milk, Indian style and Japanese curryblocks (including one I grew up on from Trinidad. I live in Thailand for many years. Best soup in Thailand is Kao Soi. Voted best in the worl 2023. Its from Chang Rai in northern Thailand. But you can find in some retsaurants around too. Its insane good. U will forget about masaman after you eat Kao Soi.

As a Korean i'm biased and think Korean bbq is #1 but to say Pizza > Massaman curry is crazyyy. Thai food is for sure up there and Massaman in particular is heavenly, works so harmoniously with Pad Thai as the noodles soak up the curry, yum.
