I've been to the Maldives 5 times and first resort I stayed in was Gili Lankanfushi - amazing resort but expensive. Highly recommend it though if you can afford to do so

I bet Gili costs arm and a leg :) Guess minimum is $1500 per night with breakfast only. I have been to the Sun Island in Maldives and it was way cheaper resort. Not beautiful as Gili, but also very beautiful.

@@PazovackiPutnikGlobetrotter Gili is very expensive and yes the minimum is around 1500 dollars per night. I have been to Sun Island Resort but I have been to other cheaper resorts like Meeru and Paradise Island. Many resorts are very beautiful but Gili is something else

@@PazovackiPutnikGlobetrotter Meeru is quite a large island resort and will take about 1 hour on the speedboat from Male Airport. Gili is 30 minutes but it is extremely expensive

8 years have passed and the islands are still there right? For some reason climate change doesnt make them disappear. Could it be climate change is a scam?
