We have the same law in romania, but there is an loophole, u can steam wash them, a steam cleaner powerfull enough to wash car exteriors is expensive but u will be the first on the business

For Exterior my Grandad use to use Deer Leather Cloth for drying and no PH marks

Real question, I know you're in the UK, im in Texas, what do you suggest when it gets to high temperatures where it's over 100 degrees? I'm specifically talking about the liquids and equipment that could be harmed by the extreme temperatures. And since you're in the UK, I'm assuming it can get quite cold. Do you bring everything indoors for the night by emptying out the vehicle?
