Did the 8 point plank tabata, supine decompression, and 12 min good morning routine every day for about 80 days last year after a disc herniation. Went to have more x rays done and no herniations were apparent. Doctors were impressed. This stuff is the real deal.

I herniated 4 discs last month and going to ease into these exercises with hopes of similar success.

This is excellent. I know I have started the day well if I use this and a 12 min good morning, or another vid from the FTStreaming--after one year my chronic back issues are in significant remission

Is it possible to have too much thoracic rounding when doing this?

I thought the cue was to try to lift your thoracic spine as much as possible 🤔

I really love foundation training but I wonder if the 12 minute video makes my pelvic tilt worse. Any tips?

In the plank position, does the spine maintain it's natural curves? I always thought there was a posterior pelvic tilt whilst holding this plank

Maintain neutral curvature with effort to enhance Thoracic Curve and Thoracic Width. No posterior or anterior pelvic motion in FT.
