Just subscribed. This is the most Spanish I've been able to understand just by listening for ages. You speak at the perfect speed, and the subtitles help for the few words I don't know. Thanks so much!

This voice dialogue in this video and another recent one from "StoryLearning Spanish" is being (undesirably) automatically translated from Spanish voice dialogue (that I and others are trying to learn) to English voice dialogue. (Not talking about captioning here). I checked an older video from the same source/channel...the unwanted translation is NOT happening in that older video. Also the unwanted translation happens both from my TV and PC KZbin apps. I suspect some setting in the ...upload...of the videos may have ...allowed...this unwanted translation coupled with a change from KZbin.
You need to change the Language to Spanish in the settings

I am skeptical of the reply immediately previous. If truly a ...setting...in KZbin, my browser, or PC...then I would want to select "No Translation". Then, I could listen to...any/all... videos...without...translation where I want to learn the language...or...enjoy the artistic effect of a short bit of dialogue in a "foreign" language. In KZbin, I saw a language option - but -- it had NO option for NONE. Also...I suspect that option was for youtube "prompts" not the actual dialogue of the videos.

@@MaxedWayOut I was able to disable the automatic translation by going into the pop-up menu for subtitles and found an option to switch the language from “American English - dubbed auto” to “Spanish (United States) (es-US - original)”. However I am on Mobile so it may be different-if at all possible-on computer browsers. I agree that there may be a setting in the video upload process for this channel that could resolve this issue entirely.

@@Alien_Panda_Productions Thanks, I did get to the "setting" as suggested above. Immediate issue/problem resolved for me. Just for curiosity, I noticed that the "audio" setting is NOT available on earlier (a few weeks ago) videos from StoryLearningSpanish. In current video, their is "audio" and "subtitle" option. In older video there is only "subtitle" option. Grin: I can't help "analyze" as I used to be a programming problem-solver!

@@MaxedWayOut What that’s so cool! This issue also really annoyed me as I thought I’d found the perfect Spanish learning KZbin channel, but luckily it’s just a weird setting and it is a really good channel for learning Spanish. My only guess as to why only the newer videos have this issue is that it’s a new “feature” recently released by KZbin. But hey you’re the programming problem-solver here so I’m sure you can figure it out!
