Stockholm's T-Bana is home to over 100 stations, most of which have been decorated by well-known artists, sculptors and architects. When the weather sucks, there is always something to see!

Being a neighbor to the Swedes and even having visited Stockholm many times, I've never paid attention to the T-Bana stations. Thanks Matt for this video (and the one before this). They've been an eye-opener. Makes me want to visit Stockholm again and spending more time. Any chance you visiting us Finns also? At least Luke's 260rem is a connection point to Finland, would love to see you make a video in my country. Anyway, thanks for all your videos, great stuff!

Hey Matt, almost non-existent public transportation here in Detroit metro area. Poor to fair bus service, and the regions mass transit members all pull in different directions. So we just have lots and lots of cars and highways. Thanks for showing what a great public transit should look love.

Besides the beautiful artwork one immediate thing that stood out was how clean all the stations were. Try (not) to compare that to Chicago’s subway system or NYC’s metro. Eek.

Nice video. I was hoping that you would have shown the 'Östermalms torg's station where the artists have made the art about honoring great women in history. Maybe next time and again great job!

I watched a bunch of these to find the best stations and your video was by far the best. I appreciate that you don’t try to do that ‘influencer’ vibe!

Matt, can we put in a request for your next trip? Like, hey I'd like some Icelandic video. Better yet, how about a lottery and the winner picks your destination! Just kidding. Thanks for the interesting views; really enjoyed the transitions.

first? to be fair, the efficiency of public transport systems in europe vs africa has everything to do with culture and perhaps town planning ie alot more cyclists and way more densely populated.

You can buy them in like all post soviet countries, they are often sold along Ushankas and gas masks.

Not only South Africa, but most of the developing countries and even some developed countries, such as the US, lack proper public transportation.

You have to pay for a subway ticket to see the art?
@adddan1234 жыл бұрын
Yes you do. You should head over to the Blue line Kungsträdgården station and walk around there. Then you can take a few stops and check out some stations.

Sympas les escaliers mécaniques avec éclairage coloré ! Dommage que cela n'existe pas dans les métros français. On se demande si cela ne poserait pas de problèmes de sécurité ?

I'm from England originally London but now I live in the Home Counties I use train, tube and bus daily. So when I go to Sweden I can't wait to see how the Swedes run a transportation system properly. I really can't fathom why we can't get our trains to run in cold or wet weather.😠
