I remember when visited KLCG (Kuala Lumpur City Galery) in 2012, PNB 118 and TRX 108 were already on KL City plan with stunning design. Now it's already realized. Good job KL to be a world class city.

@@abglongizz this pnb owned tower was announced during badawi's time. Most of the tower will be leased to maybank, which is indirectly owned by pnb.

the thing is that the roof top is only at 508 m. Lotte Tower in Seoul South Korea ,for example has a roof top at 550m. It s the spire that adds that overall height to 700m. If it s a spire the height is taken into account but if it s an antenna it s not taken into account for the overall height. Not sure that s a fair way of measuring overall building heights. Should be habitable heights in my opinion. Nonetheless it s a gorgeous building.

if you are born and grow up in KL, you will realised compare to last time, many greens have gone, temperature also increasing in KL, 10 yrs ago there are many trees at the roadside and it looks so majestic but now not much, and lately i notice DBKL chopped down many trees without reasons....

These buildings are meant to attract foreign investors. If I'm not mistaken Apple store, HSBC and Prudential will be set up new stores or headquarters in one of Malaysia's new mega skyscrapers. PNB will also relocate its headquarters to the new PNB118 tower once completed. These new buildings will serves as a business district to move Malaysia's economy from a middle income to a high income nation by 2025 earliest. It will not only attract world class hotels and big corporations in KL but also increase high income paying jobs for Malaysians in the service and financial sector.
