what we are watching is "hollywood in action", Brad and the whole gang SCREWED this up royally, Max Brooks wrote a definitive book, and "hollywood" used JUST the title. Do you all remember the Thames documentary "World At War" with Sir Olivier narrating?...in that spirit .....The correct way to have brought Max's vision to screen would be to have pitched an 8-10 part cable series, HBO, ala "World At War" whoever, staying within Max's book, AS IF its "non-fiction....each episode 90 minutes, for what this movie spent, the budget for each episode would have been equal to 1/8th, 4 different directors, prepping two eps apiece....HBO could have put the series on high rotation, AND at the end of the day, had a boxed set to sell...the whole key is this, if it IS NOT in Max's book, it does NOT go on the screen, but Brad's "world war z' ?...the undead are "Herschel Walker's".....in Max's book, they are a huge mass of slow moving undead.....if you've read the book, you can see the 8 episodes/epochs RIGHT THERE!!!....this is another example of studio/actor ego at work, and i like Brad...anyway...blah blah blah....
