I rarely coordinate colors because a lot of characters have ugly alts for specific colors (mostly yellow.) Plus a lot of the coolest alts have no respective team. Purple, Black, White, etc

If there is something I learned from the Underdogs, it is the old team mechanic is probably useful for them. If you don't know, in 64 to Brawl if you chose Green Team and Captain Falcon, Captain Falcon is forced to use his green alternative. It's a downgrade for sure, and Nintendo would have done a yellow alternative for every character, but it would be fitting for the Underdogs.

I think a fun game you could play is poken tourtamnet Dx because it super understated in my opion, it has better graphics than smash ever had, it has alot of cool features like diffrent phases mid battle with field and duel phase, the synergy burst which has an ultimate move you can use just like the smash ball but you get extra buffs to your regular attacks as well with it which is really cool in my opinion, there's also support pokemon which you can call out on to give you extra benefits mid battle, and finally before the battle even begins you can choose out of an array of styles that will give you other benefits like decreasing the amount of time it takes you to get your synergy burst for example. Now this may seem complex at first but for me its more easier than having to focus on di, teching, and spotdodging and it's very easy to get used to how everythings work and ounce that happens you will have so much fun playing it.
