I bet you that management put those bolt locks on the cases to make the locker seem more interesting to people and to help the locker get a higher bid. The way that guy walked away after taking the lock off the locker makes me not trust him. I find it hard to believe that management or employees of some of these storage places don't go through these lockers cherry picking items before they are auctioned off.
