@@uberspider1362 actually not true, the way the chain goes for the increased powers in ultimate is: regular, amiibo, spirits. this is because amiibo while strong don't get nearly as strong when feeding them as players do with spirits. theres at least(if i remember correctly) a 2k point gap and thats if the amiibo has 1 of the 2 stats maxed but thats the thing. if a amiibo has a maxed attack stat then the other stat is super low so ideally you want it even. thats where the issue comes in. cause a good spirit team for regular players makes their attack stat or defense(which ever you prefer) around 5-6k. so heres an example, my kirby amiibo has around 3400 attack which won't go any higher unless i want to give up the rest of my defense, one of my spirit teams and a very good one at that has 5736 attack and 4789 defence, both numbers significantly higher then the amiibo and this isn't even counting all the broken spirit team combinations there are.

I mean, I know they said this Bowser Amiibo tends to underperform... But I think he is one of my favorite Amiibos to see playing! I mean, Hard Dk likes to perform 200% combos and execute unrelenting pressure, and that is cool, but this Bowser amiibo is just so different! He walks slowly from time to time, spaces perfectly around grabs, goes very deep for his edgeguards, angles his forward tilts amazingly, is very varied with his choices of approaching, taunts after killing his opponents and some of those "Just Charge Forward Smash" moments just look like the hardest reads. While Hard DK feels like an invincible algorithm, Bowser feels like a very, very good human player instead. Not as powerful, but just as fun to watch.
