Once had a friend get banned from a discord server for typing a message in all caps. Didn't say anything weird, the caps just prompted a poorly coded bot to autoban him. To this day people on that server cower in ceaseless fear of the unexpected wrath of the bot that the mods refuse to get rid of.

I was on a mental health server and almost got banned because they thought I was faking my mental health problems. Like if I'm struggling and really need help, I don't need people telling me what I'm going through is fake and completely invalidated. Ever since that experience, they haven't been treating me as an equal to the rest of the members and I eventually left because I felt uncomfortable. One of the owners found me in another server I was modding in and had me removed from mod for the same reason (at least I highly believe this was the case as I've seen conversations with them). I was in several mental health servers, and all of them either made me uncomfortable or I got sought after for weird reasons. Once, an owner of a server DMed me for an inappropriate status, which I didn't even find to be that bad, so I left the community. The backstory for that was I was watching cartoons, and when something funny happened I would quote them into a bio. The one they found inappropriate was, "If you are what you eat, I could be you by morning". It wasn't violently worded (as they put it), and it's literally a funny joke on cartoon network where you can impersonate and become a clone of someone if you ate them, and knowing how cartoons are, they probably meant it in the way Kirby would do it. I even quoted that it was from the Adventures of Billy and Mandy in the bio.

oh my god. do i have a story to tell. i was a moderator on this server one time, going about my business when that night i peacefully fell asleep. i woke up the next morning, and checked discord after doing all that i needed to, and saw i was demoted. confused, i reached out to friends and found it i got demoted for "promoting creepy behaviors". I DIDN'T. and the admin i got demoted by was the admin that NEVER consulted with the staff team, CONSTANTLY pinged everyone, was NEVER active (putting all the weight on the other admin who later quit both administrating the server and discord). and plus, the moderators there were fine. we were all fine and did our jobs correctly, it was just that one dumbass admin. in all technicality, he was actually the owner but was marked as an admin because the server wasn't for him (it was for a youtuber. i won't say who though). still, that doesn't mean you can do this shit. sorry for the ramble, i just wanted to share haha

When I realized what I have in my toxic mindset. Looking for someone to rely on me. I want to help other. So I did. But I keep getting jealous even though they are kind to me. I hate it I feel so jealous. I feel so dumb, I feel so toxic. I went so far to act like a different person in an alt account and mention who is KJ(which is me). I see everyone say they love me. It broke me. When my alt account was banned and my main was banned as well. The mods knows me. I do know they have a hard time banning me as I did nothing wrong beside making an alt account which was against the rule. I’m actually thankful I was banned. This give me enough courage to quit that toxic mindset. The mod saved me. I wish they have a better life then me. If you read the whole thing. Thank you.
