That's the only game from the Arkham saga I didn't finished... Whereas I even finished the mobile games, like Arkham underworld and the one in Arkham City (which were not so good though) haha! Origins: Blackgate is a weird entry. It feels so largely inconsequential in the Arkham universe despite ending on a cliffhanger that suggests it's going to set up something bigger.

I think most people would be surprised to see there were a couple goofy Arkham games. Arkham City Lockdown, Arkham Underworld, Origins Blackgate like the vid said, and that movie they made, Assault on Arkham

This is the only game other than Suicide Squad that I haven’t really played. I had it as a kid but got lost ALOT. I quit the game right around when I got to Penguin (I went for him first) & it was a miracle I even made it that far.

This game is so strange, it totally seems like it’s using enough graphical power and mechanical complexity that they totally could of done a maybe more simple but still 3d Arkham game, Batman moves in 3d, the environment is 3d, the visuals aren’t even that bad when the camera flys in close.. why couldn’t they just do full 3d?

All I can think is that maybe since the 3ds only had one stick? But idk I don’t feel like the look stick was that needed for Arkham combat even in 3d.

As bad as it is, the 3ds version looked considerably worse. They apparently used the Mortal Kombat 9 engine, which explains why its not fully 3d

They definitely have a more expanded combat system and better graphics, but I think most people take issue with how they feel to play, which is somewhat subjective
