How do you stay time-efficient and create a decently long video in 1 - 2 weeks. I spent 0.75 of my day today and only animated 7 seconds at 15 fps (It was a pretty simple yet quite smooth walk animation)!

I make sure I set aside time to make at least 3 videos a week. It's time consuming (as you know) and tedious, but by doing that I've worked out a routine that helps me maximize my time. I try to make the animation as smooth as I can, but the thing that is most important to me is to finish the video. I'm hoping I improve with each video! The more I do, the better I get. :D
