ARMY since 2014 too. Purchased 4 tickets to their 2020 MOTS concert...we know what happened. 😭💜 We know how tricky it can be to get tickets to BTS concerts overall. What made it even worse for me was...that concert would've been my first time going with my friends...everything booked for a long Memorial Day/birthday/concert/NYC weekend...extra special for me since I've always gone solo years prior. That company and the woman, Nadia, committed a criminal offence and should have been investigated and charged. The fact she resurfaced under a slightly different name is outrageous! Someone /people should’ve kept tabs on that woman and (very loudly) called her out everywhere she tried to do business. She shouldn’t have had a moment’s peace for what she did until she was forced to compensate everyone and/or be held criminally o/legally responsible. I just don’t understand why that did not come to the attention of the authorities, especially because they scammed fans throughout the entire tour!

Listening to them on stage admitting their incompetency is so embarrassing for them and that company was a sad excuse of an entertainment/events company. As the story unfolds, it just keeps getting WORSE! It was such a scam and its so wild. Poor ARMY being victim and poor BTS being tied to this scandal when it was no fault of there's or BigHit. Everyone is a victim here except the scammers! Wtf why would they have to return their items ON TOP of the injustice they already received from that company. I have been ARMY since 2013 and now am 59 years old. I was to attend the 2020 concert. Had floor seats, row 15 on the stage, I won early fan raffle from Weverse. VERY expensive seats and covid said NOPE! While I did get my money back for the tickets, I lost $1,000 for the hotel as they refused to return my money even though I had a room that could be refunded. I honestly believe I will never get to go again.

It reminds me of something that happened to me with an Enhypen concert, I got tickets online from Ticketmaster but apparently they were fraud tickets and I started panicking but thank goodness I had a cousin with me that paid and got us better tickets than what we had before. This is so crazy to me because I went to the Chicago concert in 2015 because my friends mom won tickets off the radio and I honestly had no idea it was so bad for so many reasons. I had a great time honestly hahaha. The only issue I had was that the venue said we weren't allowed to record video which was like??? Okay I guess. José, I am just heartbroken that your channel has had all these difficulties -- you are easily one of the very, very best BTS reactors out there, and definitely do not deserve this. As a possible suggestion, though I'm sure you'd have already done it if you could (as it probably counts as 'monetization' in idiot YT's eyes) -- any way to add a 'tip jar' or other type of voluntary-sending-in-funds link to vids? Like I said, I have no idea if that counts as monetization and might be prohibited, etc. (I personally would consider 'based on someone viewing it & nothing else' to be monetization, but I'm sure YT has different Thoughts On That.)

This sort of thing happens all the time. The live entertainment game is a massive cash grab. TGM most likely changed its name and filed a new LLC. I feel for these Army and bet Bighit vets companies like this with more scrutiny now, but getting scammed is not the worst thing that could have happened. Please remember to keep your safety a priority at live shows. Buy water, then buy more water, know your exits, and try to keep a space of two feet between you and the next fan. When the lights go down, everyone is going to rush forward.

I think I heard abt this b4, but I (mistakenly!) thought it had been resolved, so TY Jose (for bringing it back to our attention). Despite what YT may think, we STILL need you! It's too bad more ARMYs didn't know more about the legal system. Maybe they could have created a petition, and had a Class Action Suit (for Fraud?) filed on their behalf. I didn't notice a LLC at the end of the company's name, which means that their assets (homes, personal finances and accts, bonds/stocks, etc.) could have been seized and liquidated to make restitution to those whose "tickets" were not honored. This won't necessarily help those ARMYs who lost out, but HYBE will *"NEVER AGAIN"* let any Promoters take advantage of us like that. They've got *MUSCLE,* now! Hi Jose, I can really understand that these fans are still pissed off about this after 13 years and I'm glad that didn't happen to me because I'm not in their shoes. I hope something like this doesn't happen in Germany because I've never been to any BTS concerts and have been to Germany twice now.I hope that BTS will do more concerts in Germany and Europe because BTS have always been in America and have only done a few concerts in Europe. It would be nice if it was kept fair, that European armies can also benefit from it.We Armys in Germany don't really have anything about BTS live on TV, radio or maybe you invite BTS on German TV shows, BTS also has more of German culture Which can get to know more because Seokjin's father owns the Samsung company in Frankfurt and a toy company in Frankfurt Germany and Seokjin is also very interested in the German language and that BTS can also speak a third language, because Seokjin can speak a little German, because I saw that in an old video from the LYS concert on KZbin, that Seokjin can speak a little German. I have been to BTS concerts two of them and then two of the best concerts me and my friends ever went to not just saying that cause they’re popular. The only time they had to cancel is doing Covid and they probably will still under those tickets when they come back in 2025 stop making money off BTS the propaganda one day you kiss a butt in your videos, next minute day, horrible tours, unbelievable big hit entertainment lawyers starts sueing KZbinrs, who use their likeness for their own purposes and to tell lies just so they can get likes and subscribers. They will stop it. BTS never dishonored their word with army or their concerts with army. They always gave the best performances I think of this generation of entertainers. Even though they are in the army serving some KZbinrs still use their likeness for your own purposes, and nobody knows what they are doing, but serving in the army they are not releasing information to the press or KZbin social media and you get followers and likes and people believe this stuff

The history of BTS is important; new ARMYs need to know these things and old ones need to remember. You can't just concentrate on the great, funny and entertaining moments, because the most inspiring thing about our beloved group is how they met the constant challenges and rose past them...and how ARMY was there for them every step of the way. Good and bad, wins and losses, insults and praise- and yes, fair dealings and cheating- it's the whole picture, and it's made BTS and ARMY what they are.
