Mom questions as I have 4 kiddos, one is a sophomore in hs. Where do you apply and what is the current average cost? Obviously minus spending money. Can you you any of your grants, federal funding, scholarships or just a loan

You apply on the semester at sea website and it’s pretty easy! My tuition before my own travel expenses was about 28-30k but I think it might be going up in the next few voyages? There are different kinds of cabins that cost more than others. You can apply your own grants or scholarships from your home university but SAS also has their own scholarships that you can apply for! I had about half of my tuition covered from SAS scholarships

My daughter is on the ship now. We applied to 4 scholarships and got them all. It’s very doable. I went F90 and was the best experience of my life. Now I can watch it through my daughters eyes.
