Run Dmc were going to set the scene for hip hop. Weed was really good the weed that had you laughing gave you the munchies made you eyes red and low and made you feel relaxed and in a good mood. From all videos I've seen reasons for not being effective if they only hit with 1 of the 2 prongs it won't be effective, heavy set people seem to be less effected, thick clothing especially jackets. And most common reason is being on drugs numbing effects of tazers. For the other 90% of people amazing how effective tazers are and ive seen a hit from potentially 20 ft even as I say it sounds wrong but im almost 100% positive it was that far.
