The Worst Hotel Review Ever: My Nightmare Experience!

We were there a few weeks ago believe it was the most horrible dirty hotel weve been to,dirty bathroom dirty pools it ruined our holiday in los christianos and will never go back there evennthe street sellers were hassling you all the time on the beach and even when you were having a meal in the restaurants

Funny watching this because we’re about to book an Airbnb in Tenerife and it does make you think , it was very tired looking and a bit grubby which is dont nice . We all work hard enough to enjoy a clean place , I don’t expect it to be singing and dancing but we do expect it to be clean . My wife would many half give me grief if I’d booked it lol good man cheers

I was there in a 2 bed bungalow. Very substandard and really needs updating apart from the bathroom. We were on the ground floor near the restaurant. It was so hot with no air con. I could not breathe at night and never slept through the night. I had to sleep in the living room as it was a little cooler than the bedroom . Could only crack the window open and had to risk it and leave the balcony door open at night, being the ground floor. I did hire a fan from the reception which was 20 euros and refundable. However, it was very noisy plus i cannot have the fan running all night due to allergies. Overall it was ok but definitely needed air con either installed or portable. They charge enough and seem to be fully booked, so not sure why they do not reinvest in the place. Great location and a variety of food everyday. Just far too hot inside day and night. Also kept my curtains drawn but allowed some sunlight in. As it was not a private location and everyone would walk past to to get to the restaurant and entertainment. Not really ideal to sit outside and relax. I would not go back there. It's ok for a 3 star hotel and was affordable being with my 3 granchildren. I will in future stick with my 4-5 star hotel/apartment with aircon.

I forgot to mention I agree the images and videos are misleading. It may have looked like that years ago but not now unless you have a premium apartment. Some of the facilities advertised are not in use and you can forget about the football pitch too.. lucky there are lots of facilities and amenities including the beach on your doorstep to enjoy.

its a 3star not the 5star if you look for issues you will find them pay more money if you want a 5star hotel
