My exact words.on top of it I had a Manager called Karen and she use to embarrass me in front of Staff or Customers or if A customer whose English was limited she use to Shout at them or say horrible things I did not like that.this video shows us we should never have a go at anyone.

In the last skit, that manager was pissing me off, there wasn't a damn thing he did right. 1) If she's new and the coffee was not being poured out right, you stay there and watch what is happening, correct the new hire if it warrants it. But let them show you what they're doing. 2) You do NOT berate them in front of the customer. You do it in the back room. 3) If the customer is still NOT satisfied with their beverage, you make it yourself, no "3rd times the charm" without a guiding hand there, you take care of the customer and get them out of there, you don't allow the situation to escalate. This way, you know it's brewed properly and you can see if it's just something off with an ingredient. 4) YOU DON'T FIRE THEM RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMER! You take them in the back! Customers do NOT need to have the ill-conceived notion that they hold the power to fire someone, WHICH THEY DO NOT! 5) After you fire someone, don't sound exasperated when you call their name and they don't respond. Once they are fired, they don't tend to stick around, they take their things and leave. Also, where was the apology? He was a complete waste of a manager, causing her severe stress for something that was not even her fault. If this was real, she could sue.

I remember a man from Susie’s carry out yelling to let me put my hand in your purse! Let me put my hand in your purse! When he did, he felt nothing inside. Then he was trembling with hostility which wasn’t necessary. I don’t know if it was racism or sexism. He should have had his carry out out of business.

The last Karen in the coffee shop tried very hard to get that employee fired and just a word of advice out for people that act like Karen’s or Ken don’t it will get you no where and you can get banned from the place you go to or you can get arrested if you decide to do something illegal and also don’t judge a book by its cover and also just because you have it dosent mean you can treat people like shit people will want nothing to do with you quickly
