As a further point about Hardy: Let's just assume, for the sake of argument, that it's true. He was not concussed. Something happened that lead him to be nonresponsive, but somehow, it wasn't a concussion. He's fine now, and he was fine the whole time. Okay. Well. That means that it worked out okay. But there was no way to KNOW that. Sure, a full CT scan might have later shown that he was totally fine, but that's irrelevant to whether you stopped the match. If we're at a target practice thing, with bows and arrows, and you go downrange to pick up an arrow, I have to stop shooting. It doesn't matter if I hit you, me continuing to shoot was a problem. It doesn't matter if Matt Hardy was ACTUALLY concussed or not. He was in a situation in which a concussion was quite probable, and they didn't know. Assume he has a concussion, and be relieved if he doesn't, don't assume he doesn't and then say "Aha, I was right!"

This was one of the worst years I can recall to be a wrestling fan. I had a hard time making it through a full episode of anything, to the point that I finally cancelled WWE Network. Even after getting my hopes up after WALTER and Dragunov gave me goosebumps and reminding me what it felt like being a fan nearly 40 years ago, nothing followed that kept my excitement up. WWE should be ashamed of their creativity, and while I give AEW more leeway as they are still defining what they are, nothing was as good as it could have and should have been. Also, one of the biggest booking flubs for me was in AEW, having Moxley lose to Omega. Eddie Kingston positioned himself perfectly to be a one month transitional champion, and then they could have saved the Mox as a one man army against Omega and his cronies for later for some catharsis. Being a transitional champ would have only raised Kingston's value, and his ability to talk could have helped build around the contenders' scene with some good tweener feuds with Hangman, Cody, MJF, etc.

Thank you! I'm so sick of people who automatically believe stories or allegations. It's just asinine to take something a total stranger says online as fact, especially when it's as damaging to a person's rep and future as some kind of assault allegation. What irks me further is that some people will still take the accuser's side even when the accused presents proof that nothing occurred, or all other accounts exonerate the accused of any wrongdoing.

Frankly if i had a better idea for "Underground" i would have done this. Underground would be an extreme wrestling set up. All the matches would be Hardcore Rules / Extreme Rules / Deathmatch style matches that happen within the show. The show also has a title belt which is basically a remade hardcore championship title and it gets contested for within the ring. The whole champion system would be set up first as a hardcore battle royal with 10 stars looking to get the title belt. Whomever wins becomes the Underground champion and then challengers can fight for the title. Women also get their own title too.

We should always take accusations seriously. As in investigate and look for proof. The burden of proof will always be on the accuser. Because without proof an innocent person's life could be ruined because of false accusations that he or she is punished for before the evidence comes out. Which is the problem with hashtag speaking out. It mirrored the me too movement in the sense that there are bad people in the industry but, too many good ones were thrown to the wolves simply because it's easier to believe something bad happened than the accuser just being a vindictive liar. False accusations have been exposed as false but, everyone including fans would rather sweep it under the rug than address it. Because if people start talking about the dark side of a well intentioned movement then the rest of said movement will lose all credibility.

I think Keith Lee's booking has been fine, not everyone can come onto a main roster that's already saturated with talent and be booked with dominance from the get go. I think its more indicative of a lack of trust in WWEs overall booking -which is fair - but him winning two titles, getting promoted to what WWE views as the 'big leagues' and still continue to win most of his matches, even if they aren't all clean, is hardly terrible booking. He's stalled when you look at his run in NXT, but I think WWE like to run with the idea that the main roster is more competitive, and giving him 50/50 booking for a bit isn't really a bad sign in any way - just look at Drew MacIntyre. You can find plenty of examples in AEW and NJPW guys in similar booking limbo, I think those companies have just earned slightly more trust from fans atm.

@@jliller I agre, I guess I just expected that a little, but WWE tend to wait 6-12 months on the main roster before giving them a real push. Always just saw it as more difficult to win on the main roster in kayfabe, so the plenetiful wins he has picked up are encouraging to me.
