This (Coast Rider) is the one ride where I legit didn't fit and had to do the infamous walk of shame (6 foot 6 here). The lap bar never even made contact with my torso since the shin guards had already crushed my ankles. Whoever designed the V.2 restrains after the 2014 incident needs to be fired.

@@0tozer0 A 12 year old tried do get out of the car before it had pulled up to the loading station. He had his ankle out when it became trapped between the car and the platform. The ride did not stop and this resulted in the entire leg of the child having its flesh torn off to the bone almost cleanly. This was why they added the shin guards.

I agree. I rode this in 2021 and it killed my ankles. By far the most uncomfortable ride that I have ridden.

The Pony Express ride is fun! Not boring at all. You shoot out at decent speed, get a good view of the area, and the ride seating position makes it feel more thrilling, like hanging on to a horse/motorcycle. I love it.

I agree, I remember when Knotts first announced a new ride, because it doesn't new rides often. They announced "The pony express" and I thought it sounded cool, until I rode it. It's extremely boring., and because of the way the seats are, you'll be waiting for hours to get on a ride thats over in 5 seconds. Very dissapointing imo

Coast Rider is horrible. The restraint bar hits my shin & it's really painful. After shooting the basketball you should have tried the 2 minute hang challenge that's across from the basketball challenge. The 2 minute hang challenge is something I can do.
