I think that the blood physics in the 2nd one was amazing and the models are immaculate but the first one is more accurate in a way like in the second one you shoot them in the head the entire head explodes but in the first one that part gets damaged.

i mean he is shooting them in the head point blank with a 12 gauge shotgun in the second one that explains the head exploding and i play the second one and the part does get damaged if you shoot from 20 meters or point blank with a less powerful gun like a rifle or pistol

The models arent even that bad in the first one, its just glitchy, and for some reason you dont die based on the models but only the health which has no headshot bonus whatsoever. (still alive when head is gone, limbs missing etc.). it also uses that weird ass unoriginal gun engine which is one of the worst gun engines ever.

I would say second game is not that good. When you shoot someonw, there is bullet hole, but no blood. If you melee kill someone-no blood. But if you shoot off his arm/leg/head there is blood. I think nwr (neighborhood war remake) is better

Blunt hits don't really cause bleeding, unless it's to the head, where if the hit is strong enough then they could start bleeding from their noses, their mouth, or their ears.
