My biggest pet peeve when it comes to ordering chicken is seeing feathers on it. It might be a little unseasoned fine, but cleaning the chicken is the bare minimum and a restaurant will forever lose me as a customer if it’s not.

If you're paying 15+ dollars for a meal that shit better be top tier because no way in hell did it cost anywhere near that to make, and the labor? Laughable. Honestly tho I've been a manager in the restaurant business for over 10 years, inflation has definitely changed the game. I literally pay almost triple for certain items compared to even just 5-6 years ago. And also employee wages have increased so much even since before covid. The price increases are definitely justified BUT u have to be able to justify it with quality.

Since CV19 and everything, the majority spots to eat @ have dwindled in quality and service. The best excuse is, "Be Patient, we're short staffed." Inflation is Def a factor, but I agree they just being greedy because of inflation and putting no effort at all into these dishes. To the food critics, it's appreciated that yall give honest reviews, but not everyone flavor pallette is the same. Starting g to realize a lot of folks are satisfied with Mid Food/Quality of service. Buy and cook ya own! Still costs less. Tbh

Kuzzos is 3 blocks from me. I haven't gone back once after 2013. The wife found a hair embedded in the salmon patty. I laughed, and asked "That's what you get for ordering salmon in a chicken & waffles place! Lol!" She was not amused, as I ate pretty good chicken, and a tough waffle. Never again, they broke the Not paying to eat your hair. Now I just fry up a whole 8 pc. bird, and break out the waffle iron.

I say this all the time: A LOT of people will eat any damn thing! Kuzzos has really tanked; I went there twice a long time ago and the chicken and waffles were delicious! Those waffles look absolutely disgusting! Rubbery and ZERO crunch? Who would pay their money for that? Better yet what employee would SERVE those to paying customers? Some of these employees aren’t worth a damn either. Thanks for these honest reviews though, I’m loving them ❤

I had two bad experiences at KUZZO and nothing was ever done about it. I ordered $90 worth of food and all of it was messed up the chicken had feathers everywhere the waffles taste like sponge so I called the manager who could not do anything but I am so glad for you review at KUZZO .. because I’m going to let them see this, you’re one of the best on KZbin with true reviews I love your channel. please keep doing what you’re doing.
