I’m a Wisconsinite, and while Minnesotans actually are nice people, they are the worst drivers of any state I’ve been to (I’ve been to 46, including Rhode Island). Also, for the North Carolina one, just go to Asheville. They have a park in downtown that’s practically dedicated for people to smoke pot.

For all the states that don’t have snow, Don’t feel bad. When school shuts down in Wisconsin, it’s too cold to go outside anyways. You’ll get frostbite in under thirty minutes. That’s about the only thing that shuts it down. They’ll delay attendance on occasion but they don’t tell you until you get there. They don’t care about icy roads or 2 feet of snow. You still have to go to school unless you can get frostbite in the way there.
