It is interesting to see how ingrained the parts and fpe first research path is for many people. Before the update it made sense most of the time but now, especially with vehicles like this where the tier 1 unlockable round does so mutch more for your one shot kill potential and thus your surviveability, I don't see a reason why not go for it before fpe or even as your first research. A good offense is sometimes the best defense after all and more kills equals more rp wich translates to faster spading.

The ST-As are fucking awful at their BR, they feel like a worse T-34-85. The HEATFS does not make up for the awkward handling, mediocre mobility, and lack of armor

It's a pershing with worse armour and the same gun, it's meant to be played like a hellcat or a puma so if you go in thinking you're gonna bounce everything, of course you'll think it's bad

Now that everyone gets one charge of fpe stock, i think that researching a better round if it’s a tier 1 or tier 2 mod should take priority over fpe. I find myself wanting better rounds more than the second charge of fpe most of the time when spading a new tank. Great vid though!

Christ I cant stand having all my shells locked behind 'upgrades'. It's an moronic design choice. Especially when youre having players move UP BR, so you're in a tank with sub-par performance, just cause, with no ability to repair, just cause, 1 type of shell that can't pen anything it faces and will be replaced ASAP, just cause and youre having to learn a new tank and in many cases, new maps. (I havent been playing long)... it's not a good experience.
