I know I'm late but, the party girl is like a stereotypical college student who likes to party and I'm fairly certain that other NPC's call her "immature" so she's like 22 on the low end. NOW IF THIS WAS ABOUT THE ANGLER ON THE OTHER HAND HE IS A LITERAL CHILD, he even has a shorter sprite and custom death message that says he "left" instead of he was "slain" (because it would ruin terraria's age rating to have the death of kids in it).
