I think this laptop has worse build quality than Acers and other budget manufacturers from the time. I saw an other video about an i series laptop from BBishop's channel a while ago, that laptop had the same issue, all the plastic screw bosses and structural parts were crumbling into a thousand pieces. When it comes to vintage stuff I always like to salvage them and find some use for any laptop, no matter how old they are, but I feel like this i series of machines simply don't have any redeeming value.

Bro i have one of thoses and the hinge broke looks like to exactly like the one on ebay you showed and when i got it was not broken it was in very good condition but then everything started breaking after a while
