I am the type of gamer that marathons most games that they play and I'm a bit of a completionist. So I don't often switch between in rapid succession. That means putting a disc into the drive isn't as big of a chore for me than it might be for some other gamers. On top of all that I like to collect things, so having a physical game collection to be able to look at and remember my experiences in those game makes having the disc worth it for me.

I just want to point out to the guys for their fast food discussion; I actually worked at a Sonic in my town for a year. I was in the kitchen for most of it, but ended up spending about 4 months being trained "up front" (taking orders, making drinks, drive thru, etc). Before I left, I was being set up to be a shift manager. When we have promotions like the lil chickies, we're not told. Corporate sends someone to change our signage and that's all. There would be days when I'd walk in and we'd get orders for 15 corn dogs 5 times in a row, and eventually someone would check our company twitter and say "Oh shit, it's 50 cent corn dog day"

Here in my small town in Canada, we have both self-serve and full service gas stations, and the gas station on the native reserve pumps it for you too. We also tip the person pumping the gas, especially in winter xD My town is also a border town, and a lot of people here will go fill up in the US instead, hahah.

As someone who worked at a Mcdonald's for two years and had to deal with the machine breaking every night. No it's not because we haven't cleaned it yet. It's not broken either. It's because 50 people come in and order ice creme at the same time and ice creme gets too soft, usually because we have to fill up the machine with more ice milk and it doesn't get a chance to actually freeze. Disc should never go away, because a console is primarily for games, which means for kids, young adults and less adults. I honestly do not have a modern (post ps2) because of this, I want to be able to buy physical disks that can be played on the go. the fact that somebody would pump your gas for you is so foreign to me (from Germany). Even more so, the lid to the gas tank is pretty much always locked and can only be unlocked with the car keys; with some cars you can even only open the outer lid when you open the driver side door. I don't understand why it would be illegal, either.

Gavin described exactly how I act when I used to smoke pot. But speaking of smoking pot, Colorado has had an increase in DUI's due to people driving under the influence of marijuana. Or so my criminal justice teacher has told me.

this is both true and not true the issue is while obviously driving while stoned is a bad thing and should not be tolerated police haven't been given a true system to test when someone is high like with alcohol where it's just a breathalyzer and boom you know the only test they have right now on hand is a cheek swab test which is EXTREMELY inaccurate because it detects any thc consumed in the past 24 -48 hours so while initial DUI arrests have increased the vast majority of them get turned back over because of inaccurate testing because of the cheek swab tests they really need to figure out a real way to detect THC levels that wouldn't involve like drawing blood

most of those DUI's get overturned because after arrests they have to do bloodwork to confirm if the person was actually high at the time of arrest or not and when it comes back a very large amount of them were not high at the time of arrest just had been high some time in the last day or two before driving

Oh interesting. I did read somewhere that Colorado says that fatal driving incidents haven't risen, so I guess that can be shown as more proof. I agree with AH on getting it legalized because, even though I don't smoke it anymore, I find it kind of strange to not have it legalized, like the money coming in would be good, and it would stop people from going to jail just over pot. On top of that it would stop federal workers who have an illness that can be helped with cannabis from losing their jobs. Even if it's legal in their area since federally it isn't. ya another thing with that is that with high drivers rather than with drunk drivers they tend not to get more aggressively dangerous so fatal driving accidents with stoned drivers are fairly rare because stoned drivers tend to drive much slower than normal and be more paranoid because of the nature of the drug so rather than reckless speeding like drunks tend to lean towards it's more like everyone drives like old people and ya the real thing is the sheer amount of money that is just being thrown down the drain to illegal markets over a pointless war that the government is never going to win on weed is stupid legalize it tax it and fund the government off it also yes

True but there are two issues. First, the publisher will have to keep it at the same price for licensing on the console, money goes to the publish, etc. All those lovely costs. Second is the free updates and dlc. The price of the game helps to stave off the extra costs of updates and dlc. In truth it doesn't really matter which to get but I favor the phyical copy because you by technicallity own the game not a key that "allows" you to play the game.
