A couple of things of note regarding the LAX vs. 3D match. Dutch Mantell booked the match, not Russo. It was originally meant to be an electrified cage match with 'explosives' (fireworks), but they worked horribly during the rehearsals so the latter were scrapped. Still, a terrible idea to book such a match in a tornado tag format.

I'd like to nominate CHEEX's single appearance from NWA-TNA #2 as _at least_ an honorable mention. He was completely gassed just walking to the ring, he was essentially unable to do ANYTHING, and him sitting on his opponent for a pin cracks the ring itself; the ring ends up being lop-sided for several matches. NWA-TNA #1 opened after this match was recorded and had a ~15 minute cold open when it was supposed to be "Total Nonstop Action" because they had to replace the ring board. Also, a Markyd video, especially a TNA one, without a Wild Slapnuts Appearing? This video can't be real.

Little off topic but I will never understand why the bell would accidently ring early. Is it necessary for the bell to ring the millisecond there is a 3 count? No, so just wait for the referee to give the timekeeper the signal. Same with playing the entrance music as soon as the match is over. Waiting until the announcer announces the winner to play the music isn't going to lessen the moment and makes it look less pre-determined.

Some gimmick matches are a lot worse than others. If you wanted to do like a blind fold or eye-for-an-eye match and not the WWE way, which was terrible, here's a thought. Chris Harris lost his eye and was wearing an eye patch. Okay well not having both eyes does put you at a disadvantage, especially if your vision is better in one eye than the other. It might have been more interesting to have both men wear an eyepatch. You wouldn't be ridiculous looking the way the blindfold matches look, and it would be a handicap to one or both men. Gimmick matches, in my opinion, don't need to be so complicated. If you want to add a little spice add a stipulation like an eye patch. Or even a mask. Jim Neidhart said that he did not like wearing a mask because it limited peripheral his vision. There you go there's a disadvantage to add some drama to the match.

Tbh I found a lot of Jessicka Havok's initial run in 2013/2014 pretty horrible. She'd been this fantastic talent on the indies then when she got to TNA she was barely mobile, had horrible music and a confusing gimmick. That was probably some of his best stuff, i dont think he ever got to see his full potential in WCW or WWE and by the time TNA rolled around the character wasn't as relevant anymore. For being "just a list" i thought this was a fun video, i wouldn't mind seeing more videos like this that point out different facts about TNA & Impact. This is basically the only channel i know that talks about it so even if it seems like other channels have made something similar i wouldn't know because i don't see those channels, pretty sure i can't be the only one with a similar outlook.
