You really are not forced to run them slot 1 you can float them twice and you’ll transform them. They really aren’t an issue at all compared to the rest here. Zamasu has the same condition but worse with the domain tied to it

Minus the domain issue; having only 1 Broly transform doesn't bother me much since I can float one until the rotation one transforms, then I'll have a 7/7 Broly rotation on a team where he might not have great linking partners otherwise. Out of these, the SSJ2 Gohan one gives me the most issues. Way too many restrictions on it.

A couple of other units to include. Agl SSJ Blues from 2023 WWDC, for having the same condition as Teq Zamasu but in a worse situation because the blue bois aren't as defensively viable as Zamasu. Agl SSJ Goku and Vegeta from 2022 WWDC, for just having the worst kit ever for their requirements, needing to get hit more than SSJ4 Goku and also needing to super on top of that. EZA Str Namek Goku, needing to be 77% or less when his kit only has ATK and DEF prior to transforming is laughable bad even when his EZA initially came out. SSJ God Goku's Banner Unit SSJ Vegeta, for only having guard for his first 5 turns and needing to get hit in order to transform. (Man lot of Transforming Goku and Vegeta's) Probably a couple more I can't think of but just a couple of fun dishonorable mentions.

AGL Blues are really not that bad in a double float situation, AGL SSJ Goku & Vegeta is not really a transformation but it is awful, and Banner unit Vegeta is fine since at leat he has a defensive mechanic that helps him take hits. STR Namek Goku's condition was fine on release as well.

@@legendaryred24 I don’t know man I just really dislike the Agl Blues since they’re defense is only realistically viable in slot one with how content has progressed since almost a year ago now and even then the transformation I just unreasonable just due to their turn restriction and that they don’t stack DEF in their 12 Ki, I don’t hate them or think they’re unrunable just poorly thought out like Zamasu. Str Namek Goku I just feel like they didn’t do enough for, maybe it’s just my equips that I gave him but it still just feels like him as a unit just wasn’t able to hang even when he was somewhat usable in 2022, like at the I just run him in slot 2 or 3 and if he got touched by any of the big bosses at the time like Phy Metal cooler prior to transforming he’s screwed. Maybe I just have bad luck or something but I just remember running him and even if he did transform his guard only being a 50% chance just felt like he wasn’t doing enough. Now I only got SSJ Vegeta after the Golden week celebration, closer to WWDC actually, and while I was impressed initially with his DEF with his guard. It didn’t last long (prolly because I only have him at 90%) I really dislike that he wasn’t getting more DEF with his super and that once his guard is gone just like the AGL blues he’s a sitting duck and if you can’t transform he’s just gonna get slapped, I still like the character but I do feel he aged somewhat poorly. The AGL SSJ duo no one will deny is a bad unit and while most IK don’t count it as a transformation, their kit does change a little bit and the card art changes so I just say screw and I count it. (Just a personal opinion though and completely fair to say it’s not) Sorry for a lengthy response but at the end of the day the game is completely RNG and everyone’s experience with the characters will be different, this is just mine with these characters. Still like the vid and respect the hustle bro.

Goku literally has decent defense as first attacker, and most of the time with difficult events, bosses usually attack more after you super so in the case with SSJ4 Goku is situational. The only time I will admit he gets cooked is if the boss supers before Goku supers, other than that he’s defending well.

I definitely agree with the domain conditions, though I give Broly a pass for one reason only, his base form stacks, so while one Broly is transformed the other is stacking to be stronger, this would be the only reason why I would run only 2 domains but other then that more and they might fall off bad

To be fair to LR SSJ4 FP Goku, I'd argue that it was less his kit and more the meta just getting ridiculous with its "difficulty". Granted, his kit does have some issues, but the meta shift with the 9th anniversary made a LOT of units that came out before it nearly unusable and I do still find him a lot of fun to use.

I'm a newer dokkan player,late 2023 to be specific. I like this game and everything,but I will say that the new player experience is awful. I wouldn't blame someone for not getting into the game due to how bad it is. While they are generous with the dragonstones at first,there's no guarantee that you'll be able to put together a team that has good links by the ends of your summons at first. Another thing that almost turned me off was having to grind medals for characters. Having to grind 75 medals just to use Tur bardok after I already got lucky with pulling him,was a real slap in the face to me as a new player,especially since I was struggling with the medal quests due to having nothing but subpar f2p and low end units. Plus it's not enough to pull units,get their medals and then slap them on a team that only has 5 links because you only managed to pull heart virus goku and phy Goditz,you also have to worry about potential orbs,super attack and getting duplicates just to be able to not get one shot by some of the most unfair boss fights I've seen for a new player. This doesent have anything to do with the video,just wanted yo rant. Thank you for your time if you read.❤

Most, if not all, types of new content such as Red Zone, EZAs, SBR, ESBR, etc, aren’t made with newer players in mind most of the time. I’d say the game really spiked in difficulty when Red Zone came out back during the 7th anniversary, and they just continued to get harder. Essentially, don’t worry about new content for the most part at least while you can’t compete. Complete quest mode and story events.

i feel like something that could definetly help broly and rose, is having the option to still transform them, but as soon as the domain (that is not theirs) end, instantly activates their domain, so it's still a transformstion tied to a domain, but it'll be easier to use those transforming domain characters, because with the addition of teq ui goku wich has the same domain problem, even tho his isn't much of a problem since normally you don't use him as the leader, but well, there are cases

Super Trunk’s transformation is based off attacks performed, not super attacks. Meaning if he appears on turn one, the latest you can get him is turn 8 if you do not proc the hidden potential system additional or use his active which counts towards his transformation. The problem is his active requires you to be 70% or higher to use it and you likely won’t be able to so on his second appearance you won’t get 3 attacks and transform on turn 5.

For the most part, no. Mostly because he's Super Class. I'm pretty sure the only other Super Class characters with a domain are STR Future Gohan and an INT F2P Trunks, neither of which are part of TEQ UI's team. TEQ UI's domain isn't a hindrance because (as of right now) there are no other units on his team that also have a domain, so he's actually allowed to function as intended, but if they were to release, let's say a Golden Frieza with his laser grid as a domain, then there's gonna be some issues.

I would have definitely put the AGL Blue bros on this list. Sure, you can float them off, play around the condition and stuff but the main problem here compared to a unit like Broly is that if you can't transform as soon as the guard wears off, and it will happen again, you just instantly die because they get destroyed by any modern normal attack. And to add salt to injury, you don't even want to float them off because they are very solid slot 1 units with guard and dodge, and with their amazing leader skill you're often running 2 of them. It's a melting pot of unfortunate circumstances that make it way worse than say AGL Broly who's still playable in base form.

Most of these units have issuses easily fixed if they redo the domain by having an overwrite function by the next domain you activatw overrides the currnet one there problem solved as for others hp requirements suck and shouldnt exist and you shouldnt need other units to activate them

Even though cells transformation is horrendous too a degree it has legit saved me in events I won’t cap he does so much dmg now with his EZA. All the others so far I agree. Yeah ssj4 goku INT LR transformation is so hard to get no cap. FTP Majin vegeta/babadi standby is one of the best standby skills in the game.

Man with all respect I can't stand dokkan community now. Broly domain restriction is making it "one of the worst conditions?" It's the only flaw the character has, which is necessary, same with every broken unit we got, every unit has its needs and its flaws, of course Broly would be better without this, or LRINT SSJ4 would be better if it was transforming in turn 2, but it would make no sense because every character would have no flaws and would always mean a free run. And Zamasu? Don't even start, having to wait 7 turns is a lot, yeah, but you are ALWAYS pairing him with another black or zamasu, so future saga. The other one, five turns and health isnt that bad, I mean, he literally NEGATES EVERY ATTACK AND GETS 0 DMG, of course it was going to be hard

We have units like Beast Gohan who is broken out the gates turn 1 but since SSJ4 Goku’s transformation is “good” we have to wait. That doesn’t make sense. His condition is awful bc he can’t even take hits in the current meta and it is required for him to STANDBY not transform. Broly is on here literally bc domain tied transformations are AWFUL. When we get a better Super Boss domain transformation character guess how long you have to wait for Broly’s transformation? 9 TURNS! Why would you want to settle for garbage transformation conditions like that and then call out people who want more fun in the game? I’m not tryna wait 10 turns to use two transformed Broly’s… every other anniversary unit was allowed to be fun to use…

You make a mistake on super trunks part: it's not 5 super attacks, it's 5 attacks also you forgot that active skill counts as a attack so you can get 2 attacks on first turn and then use the active + plus 2 more attacks and you have super trunks ready

You think these transformations are cool your opinion, i disagree with it, because it sounds like u just want turn 1 transformation and that it, no strategy or anything like that. Broly Domain is really cool you see it as a con to have him only transfrom during domain but its not especially if you put dodge on Broly but then again after Int ssj4 goku sounds like you arent a big fan of Dodge(im not trying to sound hostile sorry if it doesn't not my intentio), yeah u have to wait for the domain to end but even base broly still doing major damage even with the domain on... You making it seem red zone/blue zone take 3 or 4 turns for everyone when most ppl tends to reach turn count 10 and up some times especially with bad rng as you mention. You know what’s funny about your remark about turn 1 transformations? Where’s AGL VB on this list by chance? Where is STR Super Vegito on this oh right he isn’t here. Why would anyone want restrictions that make the unit boring? Waiting 9 turns for a transformation is straight up awful and useless. That is what sucks the game dry. That is what kills good units. I don’t mind Dodge on Broly, but Dodge on FPSSJ4 Goku is awful. He literally has to take hits to transform so when he dodges he just lost a potential hit for the standby. That is why it is bad for him I am all for conditions that take awhile but domains are straight up an awful mechanic lol. They buff the bosses, and you can’t transform anyone who has one. Literally such a useless mechanic. Until that is fixed the units stay on here. I appreciate your respectful rebuttal, but there are just some points that are just wrong in terms of unit design and what I want. Transformations don’t need to be quick but units can be designed well and have a hard transformation condition that is still reasonable
