I agree with @povvee161 the ret paladin with be the best class, buuuuut, I feel you should try out a caster class if you haven't yet, maybe a warlock?

I lost my first warrior in Hyjal to an immolation trap from a troll hunter mob. And my second one at level 53 to a server dc while fighting a hard quest mob. I think this time i am going for a hunter or a paladin.
