I think it should at least raise level and revive downed (not dead) players and restore shields. It would be OP to fill all gauges but it would be cool if it refilled at least partially.

I've done this a few times as Raider back in season 2. One game i had a radar, summoned, then let them scatter and collect them all while everyone was hiding

I'm still waiting for them to add the option to revive your teammates. Seriously, the ONE wish that's used more than any other in the series and it's not implemented AT ALL in the game.

For the wish to increase the D-Change level by one. It should also throw in a a few levels for active and passive skills for the rest of the match. The level 20 cap won't apply to the temporary level buff for the match.

Best strat is always a level 4 with back up. Unless the raider is almost already done. You got lucky because those teammates were good. GG

If Raider is lvl 2 or lvl 3 and has been damaged to half, and teammates have full energy to transform, it is not bad at all to use it.
