I've practiced with this wrap. It won't make a safer arrest. You have to use a lot of force to get someone in this wrap if they don't want to be in it. You also need more than one officer. More like 5-6 officers to put someone in this wrap. It doesn't make things safer.

That's very good idea especially for people who are most likely to resist arrest only one problem is hopefully bad cops don't misuse it what I mean by that is restraining the person and then using excessive force anyway.first of all you have some cops who think they're above the law thug's themselves they have those officers that are just in a situation where adrenaline is pumping so high. I think it was due to the law abiding citizens who were killed in their home while they were sleeping when the police raided the wrong house looking for drugs. Law abiding citizens were like "hey, maybe don't kill us". Heck, while we're at it, don't kill anybody, law abiding or not.
