Hamburger buns should always be toasted. Hamburger meat should always be seasoned. Please stop making bland hamburgers.

Best burgers I’ve ever eaten are a tie between Culver’s, Fuddrucker’s, Five Guys and as a Texan… Whataburger. Just my humble opinion.

@@joememphis1571 Yes definitely pricey. But I agree, it's one of those things where the value of the product is worth it. I think it's worth it, but of course others will disagree. A good once in a while kind of thing.

Greetings from Hamburg, Lohbrügge Germany. We call it Frikadellen.. But then it also goes back to the period of Ghengis Khan😅including different types of Kabab around the middle East & the Mediterranean area's. Modern version of Roman fish sauce is the fusion of Worcestershire Sauce. I've stopped eating beef & Pork including all sorts of red meat. My body wasn't able to cope up with it anymore. I prefer white meat over red meat. Yes I also have had relished horse meat as well. By the way I would prefer Burger King over Mc Donald & Pizza Hut over Domino's. 🤔Whatever

Hate to butt in but I never heard of a hamburger until I came to America. For us, it was samosas and pakoras. This is a very Eurocentric perspective. There’s an abundance of food that don’t have any beef or any bread that are eaten by billions; those people might even find hamburger to be distasteful or undesirable. I still love it though.

Actually there is another video on this platform that confirms cooking raw beef under a horse saddle is entirely possible by physically testing it. Plus, there is also only a 1 in 100 chance of getting salmonella from raw red meat. So the chance of the Mongols creating a variation of steak tar-tar & and an early form of burger, is definitely more possible than this video would lead you to believe

Makes sense. I doubt the Mongols ate the tenderized meat raw, and most likely cooked it over a fire before actually eating it (if something made the Mongol Army sick, am sure Genghis would crack down on it for obvious reasons)...

Is it just me, or does anyone else see the influence of Chinese food on western culture? I mean, really, roujiamo dating as far back as 200 bc? Put into context, the noodle culture of the Chinese, with the variety of glass noodles, egg noodles, and wheat noodles. The cha siu bao? Is that not meat in a bun? Is risotto similar to that of Chinese rice porridge?(congee). Keh jup, the Chinese tomato sauce, brought to the west and renamed ketchup.

the hamburger is iconic in the usa and some parts of europe but more of a gimmick in the rest of the world which is around 85% when you put usa and europe together (usa 4.5 % and europe 10%)
