I'm so happy someone said this. Most of her looks were definitely cultural. Both of the BBQ looks were so African American it had me smiling. I know of 2 not one but 2 people who got married i At a backyard BBQ. It was hilarious and on of them of unexpected. The finale look reminded me of the beautiful black actresses of the 60's. It brought a tear to my eye.

It's the landlord's onus of responsibility to ensure that property standards are to code so that noise doesn't bleed through the flooring. AFAIK: TRex, if you don't know, was a host at Roscoe's in Chicago. There was a virtual town hall held by the Chicago Black Drag Council where Black performers were, among other things, given a chance to voice their grievances against certain business owners, local queens, etc. When TRex had her racist behaviors brought up, including an incident in which she asked Shea to perform as a slave who was being whipped as part of a Black History Month performance (which TRex herself did admit to), nearly all the answers she gave were unsatisfactory or dismissive. Since, Roscoe's has severed ties with her.
