Ive heard that the ALC line from the x6200 to XPA125B in some aftermarket cables are not connected. AFAIK the Xiegu ones should be fine. Without the ALC line connected things can get very hot. 73 Ed DD5LP.

The x6100 will Save the tuner settings for every 50khz steps,,, (wish it could save tuner settings for multiple antennas, and name tag the antenna)

U need the 6.7 or 7.0 powerstroke the 6.4 weren’t great thats why they didnt produce them long

For a new HAM, g90 or x6200?

Good question - G90 is cheaper and puts out more power. You'll be happier. Downside is that you'll need to run it from your car's aux-plug or get a battery and charger/power supply to make it all work. The X6200 is sexier for sure, but the higher power of the G90 will get you making contacts faster. Less Power = More Skill
